Ms. Kane is a graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1994 and the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1997. Ms. Kane began her career in law as a prosecutor in the Richmond, Virginia area in the late nineties. In 2000, Ms. Kane began private practice in the Fredericksburg area, focusing on family law and criminal defense. Ms. Kane is a Past-President of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Ms. Kane has an active presence in the business and faith communities of the Fredericksburg area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she is not in the office.

Graduating from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 2014,cum laude, Kevin was awarded the Orrell-Brown Award for clinical excellence in the Children's Law Center, and was a Burhan's Civic Fellow. Kevin focuses his law practice in Family Law, and in Education Law - from Special Education I.E.P. meetings to disciplinary hearings for students.
